All data generated by your use of the App is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This includes:

• Currency conversion preferences and saved pairs
• Expense records, folders, and budgets
• Saved card details (name, network, FX markup)
• App preferences (theme, accent colour, language, haptics)
• Rate alert configurations
• Receipt scan history

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.

2. Personal Data

We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any other personal information to use the App. The App functions entirely offline for its core conversion features.

3. Exchange Rate Data

The App connects to a third-party exchange rate API to fetch live currency rates. This connection transmits only the base currency code. No personal or device-identifying information is sent.

4. Receipt Scanning (OCR)

The App uses Google Cloud Vision to process receipt images for text extraction. Images are sent to Google's servers for processing and are not stored by us. For more information, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain data to serve ads, including:

• Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier)
• General device information (device type, operating system version)
• App usage data for ad personalisation

We request non-personalised ads by default. You can control your advertising preferences through your device's settings.

You may remove all advertisements by purchasing a Pro or Business subscription (see Section 6 below).

The App offers optional Pro and Business subscriptions to unlock additional features and remove advertisements. These purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Available Purchase Options:

Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (iOS: Settings › Subscriptions; Android: Play Store › Menu › Subscriptions). Cancelling your subscription will stop future charges, but access persists until the current period ends.

Data Collected Via Subscriptions: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous identifiers and transaction history to manage your subscription status. For more details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

All App data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all App data by using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings or by uninstalling the App.
